Raylore support

Questions about photos, a paused group, or privacy? Start here, or email Ray Zhang at crusade.ray@gmail.com.

Coming soon. Raylore is preparing for its first App Store release. This is the support page for the upcoming iPhone app, which requires iOS 17 or later.

Why do I only see some photos?

Raylore can only access what iOS permits. If you selected limited access, use the photo access controls in Raylore or iOS Settings to add items. You can keep limited access; full access is optional.

How do I choose the group size?

Open Settings and enter a whole number from 1 to 500 for Today and Random, then save. Changes apply to new groups. An in-progress group keeps its items and place. If fewer eligible items exist, that smaller number is used.

Does Review delete a photo?

No. It places the item in the review queue. Open Review to look again, keep an item, or explicitly confirm deletion through the app and Apple Photos. Deletion can sync to other devices if iCloud Photos is enabled. Check Apple's Recently Deleted album for recoverable items.

Why is a photo still loading?

Raylore uses media available on your device and does not download iCloud-only originals. Open the item in Apple Photos and download it there first, then return to Raylore and retry. Loading or failure feedback does not mean the original is ready.

Why is there an empty space at the bottom?

A small, stable banner area keeps controls from jumping when an ad loads. It can remain empty while consent is required, an ad is unavailable, or the network is offline.

Can I turn analytics off?

Yes. Analytics starts off and is optional. Use Share usage analytics in Settings. Ad choices are managed separately through Ad privacy options when available. Read the privacy policy for details.

How do I report a problem?

Email your iPhone model, iOS version, Raylore version, and steps to reproduce the issue. Screenshots help, but hide private photos and personal details first. We do not need your full photo library or account passwords.

Website analytics

May these Raylore pages use Google Analytics to understand page visits? It is off by default. If allowed, it uses cookies and device, browser, page-visit and approximate-region information. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled. You can turn it off in the footer anytime. This does not change your app analytics or ad choices.
